I’m not a good English speaker myself.
I worked as QA engineer in MyAnimeList (MAL) as SNS from September 2021 to March 2023. This SNS service was used by English users, so I had the opportunity to learn about English Writing / Reading through my business. I have written this Personas in English because I thought it was a waste that I lose the habit have become accustomed to.
And now I work in QA engineering of services for a company that develops budget systems in the GovTech area.
Before moving to MAL I was Engineer developing web-based enterprise packages. The packages have Groupware, CRM and SFA .. etc. Our mission was to support clients business management from the system side and lead them to business success.
More than half of these experiences, starting in 2010, I have committed as QA engineer.
I think one of my purpose in life that we make our business successful, I support the development team from my perspective, as QA Engineer, Web Development Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, perhaps other roll that have not yet.

Constantly thinking about value to clients and need time too time-sensitive to deliver that value in the long, medium, and short term.
Service updates are constantly being asked to take and discard them in the face of their increasing complexity.
